PURCHASE TERMS: All standard production Frost Giant Electronics products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us using our Contact Us form within 7 days of receiving your order. Custom painted products are not refundable. Due to the nature of custom painted cases and other electronics, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. *Custom painted pedals and products are non-refundable. Due to the nature and process of custom painted cases and other electronics, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these products.

For all guitar pedals and related electronics, a 20% restocking fee (based on full retail price) will be deducted from your refund. (We are not a pedal rental service.) Refunds are issued once the product is safely returned to us.

Apparel and Novelty items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
